Seats and pricing

Practitioner seat

Family licences are included
Every child in your caseload or group gets a family licence for home, for as long as the seat runs. If a seat lapses, only the Pro tools lock again: every board and every word a child has keeps working forever. A child never loses their language over an invoice. Need more family licences? One email to [email protected] is all it takes.
Volume discount: 15% from 5 seats, 20% from 15 seats.
The free version is allowed too
You may simply use the free version with a client, without a seat and without asking us. Speaking, sentence building and the starter boards are free and stay free. Free gives you one profile and 25 cells you fill yourself, symbols and photos together. A seat adds what you need as a practitioner:
- Full board editing, unlimited profiles and unlimited custom cells
- Growth insights with the report for the client file
- Family licences, so home speaks the same board as the therapy room
Privacy and data
The section to forward to your privacy officer or IT. The short version: the app cannot reach the internet, there are no accounts, and there is no cloud for child data to go to.

On the device
All child data (boards, words, recordings, statistics) lives only on the device. The app does not request internet access; Android enforces that.

Redeeming a licence
The licence code is redeemed in the browser at eleza.app/activate. Only the code crosses the line; child or device data never does.

Our records
We keep invoice data only: organisation, contact address, the seat holder’s name and the licence period. No child data, ever.
Subprocessors
One subprocessor: Cloudflare. There is nothing else, because there is no other data.

NEN 7510
We are not NEN 7510 certified; for a one-person product that track is not feasible. What we do instead: data stays on the device, there are no accounts and no cloud storage, and the licence server processes only the licence code. The less there is, the less can go wrong. Eleza falls outside the Dutch Cyberbeveiligingswet (NIS2); this is confirmed via the Dutch government’s official NIS2 self-assessment.
The Dutch Privacyconvenant for digital teaching materials applies to suppliers that process pupil data. Eleza processes none, which by the covenant’s own definition places it outside its scope. Our own processing agreement was nevertheless checked against the requirements of the covenant’s model agreement 4.0.

Deployment
Eleza runs alongside your existing device management and adds € 0 to it.
- One code per seat, redeemed in the browser. You then place the licence file on the devices.
- The licence needs no Play purchase and no Google account.
- On managed tablets Eleza runs as a true kiosk. On ordinary tablets the same switch pins the screen; with a screen lock set, Android asks for the PIN before it releases.
- Group seat: one code and one licence file for all the group’s devices.
Growth insights produce a three-page pdf per client: spoken sentences, vocabulary and development over time. This is the part the free version does not have and that you cannot get anywhere else.

Pilot: three months free
Any organisation can trial Eleza for three months, free, with a decision date written into the pilot agreement up front. No automatic renewal and no sales funnel: on the decision date you say yes or no, and doing nothing means no.

Who builds this
Friso Meijer
Eleza is used in our own home: my sons talk with us through it. Maintenance is therefore not a pledge, it is a given. An email lands directly with the developer; this page exists to make that email mostly unnecessary.
